Shipping Policy

We aim to Process & Ship your order within 48hrs of your order being place (excluding weekends or public holidays).

Post Haste is our preffered courier company however this can change depending on your location, we choose the fastest way to get your order too you.

We provide 2 day shipping.  (However we this cannot be guarranted at the present time 12.12.21 with many courier delays)

Please check our order processing times over the holidays on our Home Page.  These will be updated weekly.

We are unable to ship to Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island or the Chathman Islands.

You will receive an email confirmation when your product has been shipped.

Will do NOT offer International Shipping.

Please note that Coastal Beach Culture does NOT cover Return Shipping. We are not responsible for any product loss during return shipping.  We do recommend you use track and trace shipping.
