In placing an order with us, you agree with our returns policy.  

Please note that we are unable to fix or replace parts to Cabanas.  We do not hold spare parts.

We are unable to ship to Waiheke Island, Great Barrier Island, Stewart Island or the Chatham Islands. 

If you require Rural delivery please be aware an extra surcharge could apply.

Coastal Beach Culture will not be held responsible for any lost items due to the shipping company - you will be required to deal directly with the shipping company in question.
